Actuary Reserving P&C (m/f/x)
Aufgaben:
- Utilise your skills to enhance our actuarial infrastructure
- Assume Product Ownership within ERGO Group's central IFRS17 actuarial system landscape.
- Work closely with actuarial, accounting and IT teams to drive successful implementation and continuous improvement.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that product strategy and objectives are clearly understood.
- Provide training and support for our entities during closings to effectively utilise our systems. Anticipate and address our customer needs.
- Ensure that systems comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and support interdisciplinary teams to promote system development and implementation.
Qualifikationen:
- Motivated actuary with a keen interest for technical solutions
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Informatics or a related quantitative field.
- Several years of experience in actuarial science, preferably in reserving for P&C insurance. Experience in IFRS17 is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis tools and software.
- Experience in product management or as a Product Owner is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
