Aufgaben:
  • We're on the lookout for a dynamic, visionary professional with an extensive knowledge of the culinary world. In this role, you'll not only lead international training sessions with confidence , but also bring bold, fresh ideas to successfully launch our concepts and sales formats in the market. Your strong conceptual skills and strategic mindset will be key to driving innovation and engagement.
  • Creation of inspiring, relevant content in coordination with our markets and target groups
  • Ensuring very close cooperation with our colleagues in the markets
  • Presentation of our concepts and events in trainings, on stage and in front of the camera
  • Development of appealing storyboards, training content and guidelines
  • Establishing, managing, and optimizing our customer approach through on the point demo formats and events
  • Monitoring and measuring the success of concepts and events
  • Development and maintenance of our international network
  • Active coordination management with all relevant interfaces
Qualifikationen:
  • Are you a creative mind with a deep passion for the gastronomy and food service industry? Do you thrive on developing innovative concepts and marketing strategies that make an impact? If so, we want you!
  • Experienced Chef (m/f/d) holding senior positions such as Executive Chef/Corporate Chef or
  • Sound experience in the foodservice sector (e.g. system gastronomy, retail, catering, hotel)
  • Excellent knowledge of the foodservice industry, culinary arts and kitchen operations
  • Additional qualification/further training desirable
  • Ability to identify customer needs and expectations, systematically capture them and make them usable
  • Conceptually very strong, open-minded, presence, flexibility, creative and quick-thinking
  • Very good presentation and trainer skills on stage and in front of the camera
  • »Get it done« mentality, team player and strong interest in intercultural exchange
  • Ability to work focused on projects and tasks
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, if not German-speaking: willingness to learn German as a language
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint/Excel/Word)
  • Willingness to travel and drivers licence
